All current students enrolled in the Minnesota Valley Gymnastics Center’s Recreational programs (ex: beginner, intermediate, etc) are welcome to participate in our Recreational Gymnastics Meet taking place on February 25th at 2:00 pm at MVGC. The cost for each participant is $20.00, and you can sign up at the gym or over the phone. Each competitor will compete on every event and receive ribbons for their efforts. Spectators are welcome to watch free of charge! Show your family and friends what you’ve learned at MVGC and sign up today!

To all former and present students, old team mates and family members of coach Lily. Come and help send Lily off in style to South America. We will miss her! We hope Lily the best in her new adventure. Come Tuesday January 24, 2012 from 7:30 – 8:30 for some refreshments and to say your farewells. Good Luck Lily! If you could please let us know who is coming so we can order enough refreshments.

Minnesota Valley Gymnastics is beginning Session III today, January 2nd! There is still time to come in and register for classes! We offer classes for preschoolers-high school students and would love to welcome you to Minnesota Valley Gymnastics!

Looking for a fun way for your kids to burn off a little extra energy over winter break? Come have some fun at MN Valley gymnastics center! We are offering some extra open gyms over winter break. The days and times are as follows ~
Monday ~ 12/26 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Tuesday ~ 12/27 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Thursday ~ 12/29 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Plus we will still have our regular open gym times on Friday ~ 12/23 & 12/30 from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Bring your friends! The cost for open gym is $10 / per person or $25 / per family’s of 3 or more. Have a fun and safe Holiday!

Gymnastics is perfect for those cold winter days! Minnesota Valley Gymnastics has a fun, educational, and beneficial Preschool program that will teach your child balance, strength, agility, body awareness, and much more! Get your child involved in one of our many classes offered Monday-Saturday. Just click on our ‘Class Schedule’ tab to view our class days and times. You can even schedule a trail session if you’d like!

MVGC is inviting parents to join their child’s class in the gym to see what the students are learning! Feel free to ask to ask plenty of questions!

Our current session (Session II) ends Monday, December 26th. There will be no classes at MVGC on December 24th, or December 27th – January 1st.
We will be holding Open Gyms over the holidays. The following are the times of our Open Gyms:
Dec. 26th: 10:00 am-12:00 pm
Dec. 27th: 2:00 pm-4:00 pm
Dec. 29: 2:00 pm-4:00 pm
Session III will begin Janaury 2nd and run through February 25.
